PhoneTag Rapidly Activates Services for Cincinnati Bell

Ditech Networks (Nasdaq: DITC), a leading provider of advanced voice processing solutions, today announced that Cincinnati Bell has selected Ditech’s PhoneTag solution for voicemail-to-text services. The PhoneTag voice-to-text platform enables service providers to deliver new messaging solutions that add value to traditional voicemail for consumer and business customers.

“Cincinnati Bell was very impressed with the availability and responsiveness of the Ditech team during our recent changeover,” said Karen Bruce, director of wireless data services at Cincinnati Bell. “Within 48 hours, our platform was integrated and operating with the PhoneTag service, and we are pleased with its performance.”

PhoneTag offers a breadth of voice-to-text services, from mass market automated to enterprise-ready hybrid solutions. PhoneTag services are also available in multiple languages.
